Anything from a single automation to a chatbot or a small custom tool. Bigger projects get broken into a series of requests, so they move steadily instead of stalling.
Q03 How fast will I get things?
Most requests land within a few business days. Larger builds arrive in progressive pieces, so you always see real progress instead of waiting in the dark.
Q04 Can I really pause anytime?
Yes. Pause when you don’t have requests, and your remaining days carry over to when you come back. No contracts, no lock-in.
